Cormac climbing

All of a sudden this week, Cormac has unearthed fearless climbing ability. Gill left him for two seconds in the backyard, and when she went back out, he was 3 metres off the ground saying “look Mummy, look at me” from the top of my bouldering wall. Given this new-found aptitude for the vertical world, we have harnessed him up for a route or two. Strangely, he seems a bit less talented when he has the harness on – maybe it is the buzz of the free solo that spurs him to the top? Anyway, here he is lying on the crashmat in his harness giggling having flopped off halfway up the wall, saying “I can’t, Mummy!”
